One of INDUCT’s main activities is contract R&D, which are long-term projects where a new product or feature is designed and/or implemented. INDUCT can take care of the entire project, or take over parts in which the customer lacks expertise. At this moment we have amongst others a three year project with Case New Holland (CNH) in which INDUCT is responsible for the control system and the measurement campaigns. A lot of our contract R&D projects are on agricultural machinery – one of core expertise areas. We are now expanding our view and also taking on this type of projects in other sectors.

Often these projects are defined as innovation or R&D projects (for instance funded by the IWT in Flanders), in which INDUCT is a partner or subcontractor. In projects where INDUCT is a partner, such as the one with CNH, INDUCT also realizes part of its own R&D road map. This of course directly benefits all our other customers as well.
